Terms of service

General Info- You are paying for my service and digital goods.- What I draw: Male, Female, Non-Human Creatures- What I don't draw: Heavy NSFW (Hentai).- Your commission will be published in my socials with your name/nickname and I will stream the progress on my Twitch channel. If you want to keep your work secret, there is an extra fee.- I maintain the rights to my work, and I may use it as promotional material for promotion (portfolio, showcases, ...). In case you want a full transfer of all rights over your commission, there is an extra fee.- I don't allow the use of my art for any block chain related technology or AI.- You will receive a high resolution image of your commission. Delivery will be done via Google Drive.- If at any point you are rude or behave in ways that make me uncomfortable, I have the right to refuse, cancel and/or refund your commission. Partial refunds based on progress stage as explained below will still apply.Ordering and Payment- Paypal only.- Please describe what you want for your commission in as much detail as possible. Providing reference images can also help a lot. The more descriptive and specific your request, the easier it will be for me to get it right. This saves time and can save you money for extra revisions.- If I have something urgent and the commission gets delayed, I will send a message.- After you fill the form, I will get in contact so we can discuss in more details your commission.- After both parties agree, I (the commissioned illustrator) will give you (the commissioner) a price estimate, confirm with you and send you the invoice.- I will send WIPs and keep you updated on my progress. During the sketch phase you may ask for changes and revisions up to 2 times. After this point, I will not accept further requests for revisions.- If I need to create the design for a character featured in your model / illustration from scratch, there will be an extra charge as this will involve more sketches and a longer processing time than a ready made design. - 25% (Sketch phase) - 70% refund
- 50% (Basic color) - 50% refund
